Is there anything better than opening a fresh planner that’s just full of the possibilities in a new year? Although I have been trying so hard to minimize down to only a handful of planners, when I saw the 2023 Passion Planner lineup I just knew I needed them all.
This post will go over the upcoming planners, some updates with Passion Planner as a company, and my thoughts on each planner.

Passion Planner shipping update
Last year there was a bit of a problem in the Pash Fam community around shipping issues. Some packages were coming damaged, late, etc.
Between this order, a recent academic planner a month ago, and an order of a few dailies a month or two before that, my personal experience is that they’ve improved whatever was happening.
All of my orders got to me within a week or so of placing my order. I didn’t have any problems with the packaging, especially since two of them came in a box.
With that being said, the earlier you can get your orders in for the next year, the better.
Passion Planner price increase
The price of the Passion Planners also went up this year. I know more and more businesses are struggling with increased costs in goods, and there’s only so much companies can do.
However, I did notice that my shipping went down significantly, so that more than offsets the balance for me. If you’re international, this sadly might not apply to you in the same way, but if you were using regular shipping, it should be cheaper.
Personally, I don’t have a problem paying for these planners, because I use them every single day so the overall cost of use is more than worth it to me.
Passion Planner almost always has sales so if you’re trying to save money you can either wait for a sale, use an ambassador link, or use their free printables on their website.
Size change to large Passion Planners
The size on the large planners also changed as well. I would take the time to look at the new measurements to see if it still works for you.
They did this to fit all the large planners inside the USPS sizes for flat-rate shipping (which is also why it’s cheaper to ship now).

From our 2023 Annual launch and on our New Large Planners are **slightly** smaller than before (Old 8.3” x 11.7” → New 7.8” x 11”) in order to fit inside USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail envelopes, like all of our other products. This slight change allows us to offer $4.99 flat rate shipping for all domestic orders, saving customers ordering a Large ~$6 per order on average!

2023 Passion Planner Overview — A look!
As always, the format inside of the Passion Planners has not changed. There are still the well-loved Gamechanger roadmaps, monthly overview, space of infinite possibility, and the weekly format we all love.
Here is a little bit of a larger image of the 2023 Passion Planners.
If you want to see them in action, you can check out my video on each one. However, here are my thoughts on each one.
Sakura Passion Planner
The red Sakura Passion Planner is simple, classic, and elegant. It reminds me of the 2022 red tiger release from this year. The cover is technically burgundy instead of red, giving a deep, calming color.
It’s a soft cover that has a little bit of a grip to it, making it easy for holding.
I went with medium size with a Monday start. My overall plan for this planner is to use it to minimize my life. There’s a lot of noise in my life and too many projects on my plate. I really just want to simplify and focus, both in my physical and digital life.
This is the artist for this beautiful planner.
Tabs for the Sakura
For the tabs, I chose the silver tabs. Passion Planner has a ton to choose from, but those stood out to me as a beautiful choice.
Non-profit
Buying the sakura planner gives money to Acacia Roots, which helps give mental health access to all college and university students.
2023 Alpine Lake Passion Planner
This cover is by far my favorite, since I live in Colorado and it reminds me of the mountains.
It’s a unique cover that I have not felt on other planners before. It’s incredible soft to the touch and since there’s no embossing, it’s smooth all over.
With this one, I went with a large and a Monday start. I’m not 100% sure what I’m going to use this one for, but so far I love the idea of using it for intentional planning. Being really intentional with every day and every hour so I can stay focused and not get distracted by all of the other things pulling at my attention.

For the Alpine Lake planner, I went with the calming tones tabs.
Non-profit
The non-profit that this planner benefits is Charity: water which helps bring clean and safe drinking water to people around the world.
2023 Celestial Passion Planner
The 2023 celestial planner has a soft cover with gold foil embossing all throughout the design. It feels like a regular Passion Planner type of cover, where it has some good grip but is still flexible.
For this one, I went with a large and a Monday start.
The tagline for this one is to follow your inner compass, which is why I plan to use it for lunar and health tracking.

Tabs for the celestial
For the celestial planner, I went with the gold tabs due to the gold in the cover. How could you not?
Non-profit
The non-profit for this planner is Our Own, which is dedicated to “dismantling systemic barriers in nutrition, education, entrepreneurship, mental health and physical fitness to further ensure social equity for our youth.”
2023 Rabbit Moonlight Passion Planner
The rabbit moonlight 2023 Passion Planner is the only hardcover planner of the group.
It has a soft, but sturdy cover the imprints of the moon and some rabbits on both the front and the back.
I went with a large Monday start planner. My plan for this one is to put my BIG goals in here. The ones that make me a little uncomfortable to admit and reach for. The tagline for this planner is “take the leap” so it seems to fit perfectly.

Tabs for the Rabbit Moonlight
The tabs I chose for this one are the peach sunrise. There are quite a few that would work, but that one worked the best for me!
Non-profit
The rabbit moonlight planner benefits the Malala Fund. It “advocates for resources and policy changes needed to give every girl a secondary education, invests in local education leaders, and amplifies the voices of girls fighting for change.”
